Bare Honesty Production Team

Elizabeth Hoodecheck, Producer and Director, (Ten Feet Tall Productions, LLC) is a Parent/Family Education Coordinator for an urban public school system. She is a one of the founding leaders of a Minnesota grassroots parenting program. Elizabeth has created numerous documentary shorts for educational television expressing compelling messages to propel change for socially, culturally, economically challenged families. Elizabeth is a National Award Recipient for Leadership in Multicultural Diversity Education and recognized for her documentary short, Voices for Children, a project featuring Somali refugee families. Her current documentary, in progress, Bare Honesty, captures the essence of her work and matches the passion of her own life experiences. She can be reached at: ehoodecheck@comcast.net

Melody Gilbert, Executive Producer, (Frozen Feet Films: Whole; Married At the Mall; A Life Without Pain) is an Emmy award-winning independent documentary filmmaker and educator from St. Paul, Minnesota. Her most recent documentary, A Life Without Pain, premiered (in competition) at the 2005 South By Southwest Film Festival. Her controversial documentary Whole premiered at the 2003 Los Angeles Film Festival (in competition) and has been seen at festivals, theaters and on television stations worldwide, including The Sundance Channel. Michael Sutz, Co-Director of Photographer/Cinematographer/Editor has been making documentary films for over ten years. He creates professional and affordable videos for non-profits, schools, families and individuals. His work has been broadcast on public television and featured in film festivals across the country. Michael is a Chicago native, and currently travels between Minneapolis and New York where he works both shooting and teaching documentary filmmaking at The School of Visual Arts. Adrian Danciu, Co-Director of Photographer/Cinematographer, is an award-winning cinematographer originally from Romania, where he worked for TVR (public television in Romania) for over a decade. Now living in Minnesota, he is a freelance cinematographer for National Geographic Explorer, KARE-TV and TPT (Twin Cities Public Television). He has also shot portions of many documentaries, including A Life Without Pain and Venus of Mars, a documentary directed by Emily Goldberg, which premiered at IDFA in Amsterdam.
